A delicate silk chiffon scarf inspired by the extraordinary porcelain collections of the Victoria and Albert Museum in London.
The original MondoMagna design began with a drawing of one of the museum's porcelain displays. Classical figures, decorative vessels and fragments of ornament overlap across the scarf, interrupted by bold circles of French blue and turquoise.
Printed in antique white, turquoise and rich French blue, the fine line drawing gives the design an almost sketchbook quality, while the sheer silk chiffon softens and layers the colours beautifully when the scarf is folded or tied.
It's particularly lovely worn with denim, crisp white or soft neutrals — an easy way to introduce colour and pattern without overwhelming an outfit.
Made in England from 100% natural silk chiffon and finished with a hand-rolled hem.
