MondoMagna Pebble Grey celebrates the quiet beauty of ordinary stones, transforming their irregular shapes, markings and textures into a striking graphic composition.
The pebbles are rendered in softly layered shades of silver, stone and charcoal against a deep dark ground. A broad muted watermelon-pink border completely changes the mood, bringing unexpected warmth to the monochrome centre, while a fine electric-blue hand-rolled edge provides one last flash of colour.
Each pebble began with observation from life. Their cracks, veins, scratches and imperfect markings have been retained and stylised rather than tidied away, giving every stone its own individual character.
Printed on 100% natural silk chiffon, the scarf is light and softly translucent, allowing the subtle greys and pink border to change as the fabric is folded and draped.
