A richly coloured silk pocket square covered with hand-drawn moths in glowing shades of crimson, burnt orange, russet and bronze.
The moths are scattered across a deep aubergine-purple ground, creating a design that feels part natural-history illustration, part contemporary pattern. Different species, markings and silhouettes give the surface wonderful variety, while the dark background makes the warmer colours appear almost luminous.
It's an unusual and slightly mysterious design — particularly effective when folded into a jacket pocket, where individual wings and fragments of colour appear amongst the darker silk.
Printed on pure silk and finished with hand-rolled and hand-stitched hems.
