Built from overlapping circles, curved forms and strong angular borders, the design creates an almost kaleidoscopic effect, with new shapes appearing as you look more closely. The limited three-colour palette keeps the intricate pattern crisp and graphic.
The combination of navy, red and cream gives Benny a particularly smart menswear feel while still being far from conventional. Folded into a jacket pocket, the large symmetrical composition breaks into unexpected fragments of stripes, curves and geometric pattern, so different folds create completely different effects.
